  DSCF2127.JPG - Here you can see the balcony in progress. The wires in front of the balcony are cable TV wires. Previously, electrical wires also were in the same spot. It was a lot of running around, but we were able to pay to have the electrical wires moved and the arm put in so the cable wires aren't actually touching the balcony. It's not ideal but much better than before this was done.
