  100_2583.jpg - Ataco, Ahuachapan, El Salvador. This is a pretty town on the highway named 'La Ruta de Los flores'. We really enjoyed this small town. You can find some information about it on the net but something that stood out for me was how safe I felt there. This was a place where we didn't feel worried about leaving our car behind... A place where there aren't armed guards in every store front... and a place where a shop owner can walk away for a moment and not worry about having her things taken.
