| This shows one side of our networking equipment in our small, graphics lab server room. This is a Cisco Catalyst 5505. It has an ATM module to connect to the campus backbone, a few 10/100 megabit ethernet blades, and a 3-port and a 9-port gigabit ethernet blade. The Origin200 Lab systems all have gigabit ethernet interfaces. |

| This shows the patch panel. Network connections for everything we manage in the building end up here except for the IBM SP, which has its own network, and offices in a far away part of the building. |
